Returns & Exchanges

Machines do not get directly replaced under warranty. Machine warranties cover parts and labour for any factory defects, physical damage is not covered under warranty. You can create your VanesElectric account by clicking ‘Account’ at the bottom of any page on our website. If you are placing a subscription order for the first time, you will be prompted to create your account before it is placed.
